Notch 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" notches in up to 1/4" thick steel. The Notcher is a self contained unit, and is an useful addition to the SPP40/75, SPP20/50 and all Presses. The SPP40/75 has a dedicated Notcher station, while use in the SPP20/50 will require the additional purchase of the Notcher Mounting Kit to mount it in the punch station. Notcher can also be run in the press station of any of our Presses, including Ironworker press stations. (user provides spacers for correct closed height) -

- Overall crowning capability adjusts the beam up to 2.5mm to 3.5mm (depending on length)
- Micro crowning, for fine-tuning adjustment, is available at points every 200mm (7.78”) on the beam. Micro-crown adjusts up to .76mm (.030”)

Optional Stroke Control is mounted on the hydraulic cylinder on the rear of the machine. This feature allows you to set the stroke of the press ram for repetitive jobs such pipe, tubing, or brake bending. Turn threaded rod to desired position and tighten lock nut to set stroke. -
