Brake is rated for bending four feet of 1/4″ mild steel in a 2″ die, or four feet of 5/16″ in a 3″ die. Brake comes with a fast two speed hydraulic system and is available with single or three phase motor options. Brake comes standard with a easy to use limit switch control (More Information). This control package is a perfect choice for custom fabricators, short run production, or dedicated bending jobs. Touch screen production control package also available.

The machine comes standard with the basic and dependable limit switch control More Information. This control allows you to: adjust the stroke of the machine, change the speed, and set top and bottom limits. Or you can choose the Touch Screen NC control, which has more capability.
DESIGN
The unique closed-end design makes these machines compact and efficient. The machine uses a mechanical linkage to multiply the power of the cylinder on the bottom of the machine.
POWER SUPPLY
The B48/100 is equipped with a durable American-made Baldor-Reliance® motor. We also give you the choice between a single-phase or three-phase power supply, so you can choose whichever one best fits your needs. Most companies do not offer this.

We deliver your new Iroquois power-horse in a well-built crate or wrapped and skidded. Your machine will arrive fully lubed and filled with hydraulic oil. All you’ll need to do is unwrap it, connect the wiring, and get to work.
